General guidance and commercial terms.

Delivery: FOB Saigon Port, Vietnam or CIF. 

Currency: All prices quoted and invoicing is in US$ Goods will be dispatched 45 – 60 days from receipt of L/C or T/T deposit. Payment terms: via Banker’s letter of credit (L/C) or by telegraphic transfer deposit (T/T).

Bankers letter of credit: Establishment of irrevocable letter of credit to our bank account with + or – 15% variance allowed. 

Deposit payment: 30% deposit payment upon faxed copy of pro forma invoice, with balance due within 48 hours of faxed copy of Bill of Lading and Commercial Invoice. 

Insurance: All insurances should be arranged by the buyer. We accept no claim for damage caused by shipping or container handling accidents.

Notification by fax or email will be sent 7-10 days prior to container loading. 

To maximize the container cubic capacity, your orders should have a flexible quantity of filler items, which will be packed as top loading or in small vacant areas.

Samples for approval, quickly made and sent to you via express courier at cost by cutomers arrange we will refund this cost after we have got order.

For samples without moulds we will do moulds and make a finished samples at cost by customers arrange we will refund this cost after we have got this order.

Your own designs are welcome. 

Our price list is available only upon request only; we do not publish our Price List on the Web. 

We also do quality control as presentative agent for those who buy other sources with a percentage % depending on an particular order show.
